Please consider this page as the DiscountedCanvasArt.com Terms & Conditions. Terms & Conditions will be referred to as "TOC" and DiscountedCanvasArt.com will be referred to as "We" or "Us" from this point forward on this page. All customers, website visitors, and guests will be called "You."

We promise to do our best to provide you a simple process to purchase canvas art. You are welcome to use the Contact Us feature at any time throughout your shopping experience with us.

You understand that the art that you purchase will be hand painted specifically for you. You also agree to our shipping estimate of 15 business days to deliver your product to you.

Further, you agree to contact us before initiating any type of cancellation with your credit card company or PayPal. We promise to do our best to correct any problem or misunderstanding. Should you feel the need to cancel your purchase, please contact us and make that request. We promise to resolve the problem to your complet satisfaction or to issue a refund if you are not satisfied.

You agree to return the product to us for a refund if all other options for a resolution are exhausted without a mutually agreeable solution.

Since each piece of art is hand made per order, we do NOT offer exchanges. Please make your selection carefully prior to placing an order.
